The positions will be attractive to senior lawyers who have at least 4-5 years experience with a major law firm or corporate legal department.
Chambers & Company is a niche law firm specialising in mining and resources projects in Australia and internationally.
We are project lawyers. Our roles in the projects begin from being merchant banker, short-listing the best partner for our clients, a corporate advisory role as to planning and strategies, preparing extensive project documentation, strategising and preparing complex project agreements.
Experience in joint venture transactions, mining, energy and infrastructure projects, corporate acquisitions and project financing would be an advantage.
